The best way to avoid back and neck pain is to stay fit and healthy. Drink plenty of water and move your body for at least 30 minutes a day. Back and neck pain: when to seek out immediate help
Back or neck pain that quickly escalates can sometimes be a warning sign of a neurological problem. Symptoms that should be immediately evaluated by a doctor include:
