    My daughter after gaining almost 100 pounds and experiencing hypoglycemic episodes she thought would go away with ingesting additional carbs, processed foods, and refined sugar, finally cut them off, while incorporating extra protein, green leafy and fresh veggies, and gallons of water per day. In 6 months, she lost all the weight, and felt much better! With the help of a dietitian, afterwards, she began to incorporate small amount of the good carbs, and continued with protein, more added green leafy veggies and gallons of water, (had banished all commercial juice due to their high refined sugar contents, years ago) and lost 10 more pounds to eventually plateaued! She’s been thrifting (she coined this new word) happily after losing every additional 10-pounds, and now super excited turning 29, has a nice birthday celebration with her friends. I wish that I could share a clip of that party video.
    Tired of feeling tired all her life with loosing and gaining weight, she did her own research and listened to her body. She now understands the relationship between food intake and how the body listens to it with the best benefits to keep it healthy and fit! She now creates delicious recipes for every meal and consumes more fruits, too!
